My darling Angel
Dear Brandi,My dear sweet daughter. I miss you so terribly. I feel so lost without you. You were my girlfriend, daughter, and cheer leader. We went through so many things together, good and sad. I love you with all my being and spirit. I am so lonely for your smile, touch, and conversation. I would give anything to have you back again. I am so sorry this happened to you... you deserved better! much better! Know I love you and care about you. I know you know my heart, please keep close by me and watch over us as we journey through this sad and difficult part of life. All my love and tenderness...momI love you more than warm french bread..

A Letter from Leslie
Hello,
I heard about your loss on Facebook. I am very sorry and I send my best wishes to Brandi's loved ones. I mostly blocked out high school, and I've forgotten so many things, however, I do remember that she was a kind person. I think that we were even friends for a while, but it was so long ago. The good deeds that she did for others through social work will certainly live on and affect people for their entire lives. I was a teacher and I can say that when people help children, the gift of kindness can last for generations.
I wish you the best.

A note from Aimee Brayman
My name is Aimee Brayman (formerly Wiseman), an EVHS 2000 grad along with Brandi. Though I didn't know her personally, I recognize her face and remember her kindness. I found out about her passing on Facebook and I am so sorry for the loss to her friends and family. I visited the blogspot...what a beautiful honorarium to her. In the 26 years here, it looks as if she did so much to improve and help the lives of others...what an awesome person she was! I hope that family and friends find peace and comfort during this time and know that those of us that didn't know her, are still praying for those that were close to her...

A Letter to Brandi from Amanda...
Oh Brandi... I don't know where to begin.
I don't know how to describe how I feel right now except to say that I
wish I could go back in time and relive our moments together again and
to see you once more.
During the early years that I spent with you, Brandi, there were many things happening
in my life that time that were not very positive. Although I did not share these hardships
with anyone, I always felt that somehow you sensed what was going on. You always has a
smile on your face, and as simple a gesture as it was, it comforted me. You probably never
knew the impact you had on me, but your friendship helped me to look toward the light.
All the years we've been apart and out of touch, I've driven past your old house and
thought of you; wondering where you were, what you'd been doing...and when we reconnected,
you were exactly as I'd left you: a beautiful, sweet, loving person with a heart of gold.
Words can't express how deeply saddened I am that you gone, but I know that just as you did
in our childhood, you are looking at me now with a big smile to say that things will be ok.
You inspire me to be a better, happier person, and appreciate every moment of my life.
I'll always remember the little things we shared: being the official mascots of your parents
business, "Just Dogs," trying to master Bugs Bunny's Crazy Castle on your GameBoy, your
early love for Paula Abdul, and my mom having to pick me up from our sleepovers
because I was so allergic to your fluffy white cat. Despite how much I was suffering on those
nights, you were worth it.
I love you, Brandi. I can't wait to see you again.

A letter from Sandy Watts McFarland
Brandi had been on my mind many years now. I often wondered how she was and what she was up too. I recently saw her on facebook. I couldn't wait to hear from her; and I couldn't wait to tell her all about what was going on with me. I knew she had to be up to something wonderful! She was such a special person. So kind! And as I go through life I realize you don't find friends like her that often. My biggest regret now is not keeping in better contact with her. I hope her life was full of joy, and happiness. Her passing away, really made me stop and think, and thank god for all the wonderful things I have.
With this being said...You will be missed Brandi. You will be in my thoughts often. Thank you for letting me be apart of your life for what a short amount of time it was.
With love
Sandy (Watts) McFarland
Your friend and neighbor down the street
